While our marketing team was researching ideas for green giveaways for the FRC, we came across lots of resources for making gifts sustainable and just had to share them! How do you make a gift green? Try out some of these simple ideas:

  • Make your own gifts out of recycled materials
  • Re-purpose items you don't use anymore by gifting them to someone who would
  • Buy gifts at thrift stores
  • Buy eco-friendly gifts
  • Reuse gift wrap
  • Skip the gift wrap and just tie gift in a reusable ribbon
  • Reuse gift tags
  • Make a new card out of old cards
  • Make your own gift wrap out of paper grocery bags (cut bag so it's flat and use the plain side - decorate for even more fun!)
